David Grueser is a project manager specializing in tenant improvement and new construction projects for Harvest Construction Company. He grew up in Dyersburg, TN, where he worked summers in residential construction. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, David holds a civil engineering degree. His prior experience as an owner’s representative allows David to understand the client’s needs from a different perspective.
